- 1 cup coffee
- 2 tbsp caramel creamer
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 scoops chocolate flavor whey protein
How To Prepare
Take coffee and milk into a shaker. Then add caramel creamer into it and your chocolate flavor whey protein powder into it.
Shake for few seconds and your super satisfying chocolate caramel and coffee protein shake is ready.
The combination of coffee, chocolate and caramel is itself the best combination, in my opinion.
But some real benefit of coffee is that is it prevents diabetes and lowers the risk of liver diseases. If taken before workout it boosts your performance and if taken post workout it lowers the workout pain.
