Form matters when going heavy, bad form can be a result of two things: ego lifting, inexperienced, or worse, both. Heavyweights usually help with muscle building. But how much is heavy enough? Well to be fair, your form greatly matters, if you train with a bad form you’ll open yourself to injuries.
Deadlifts are very popular and the most gratifying exercise you can do without taking your clothes off. It puts your mind, body, central nervous system all under extreme pressure! It’s not uncommon to see someone left dazed, vomit, or even pass out after pushing themselves to the limit on a deadlift! But the guy in the above video took it to a whole other level.
