How did you get started with Fitness/Bodybuilding?
My dad actually got me started. From a very young age I would watch him work out every day/morning down in our basement with a gym that he had and also weights he collected and
put together over the years. It just became natural for me to start working out on my own down there as well and I just continued to grow and love it.
What motivates you, where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from my drive to always want to be a healthier, stronger person. I also
get a ton of my motivation from my fans and clients.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I have done many different styles of working out and I believe all have worked for me. I think it depends on what my goal is at the time, whether that be a
show, a photo shoot or just maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle. I believe strongly in variety and change, I am always open to trying new styles and ways of working out.
What is your typical diet like?
My typical diet or lifestyle as I prefer to call it consists of clean, non-processed foods. Proteins such as lean turkey, chicken, fish. Complex carbs such as
oats, sweet potato and brown rice and greens such as spinach, asparagus, green beans, kale, etc. I also drink a ton of water!
What is your favourite moment so far in fitness?
I would have to say one of my most favorite moments in my fitness modeling career would be landing one of my magazine covers as well as having my parents see me compete on stage
at one of my figure shows.
Do you bulk and cut or stay lean year around?
I stay pretty lean year round for my fitness modeling career. There have been a couple of times that I have gained a bit more muscle for a show but overall I stay lean at all times so that I am pretty much always photo shoot ready.
