How did you get started with fitness?
I got started after the birth of my second child, I wanted to do something to get myself back in shape and to be a good role model for my children.
Where does your motivation come from? How do you stay motivated?
Family, friends and my children motivate me, I have an amazing friend and Partner. I own our own fitness centre where we can live to motivate one another and others.
What does your typical workout look like?
My typical workout is: weight training 4 days a week and I do cardio 3 days a week.
What is your typical diet like?
I eat clean pretty much all year round, I aim for 5-6 small meals a day.
What are your favorite pre and post workout meals?
I normally workout after breakfast and end off with a MGN Protein Shake.
What are your favorite exercises?
My favorite exercises are squats and shoulder press.
What are your short term and long term goals?
My short term goal is to lean out for WBFF pro show in April 2013. My long term … grow these quads!
How do you measure your progress?
I measure my progress by using progress pictures of myself.
What mistakes did you make when first starting out?
I don’t know about any mistakes when first starting out but I wish I would have started a lot sooner.
Have you had to face any roadblocks or obstacles on your journey and if so, how did you overcome them?
I think we all have obstacles to face but that’s what we can use to make us stronger, and that’s exactly what I did !
