How did you get started with Fitness/Bodybuilding?
I got started lifting when i was very young. Age 12. I didn’t really know what i was doing at the time but i was lifting to get stronger for football
What does it mean to you to be a natural bodybuilder?
Natural to me means I didn’t have to take short cuts to get to where I’m at today. I believe in Health and fitness and id never put something in my body that wasn’t healthy for me. I also think the aesthetic look is much more appealing than overly huge.
What motivates you, where does your motivation come from?
I’m motivated by my roots. I had to get to where I’m at all on my own. Self made. Ive had a job ever since i was 14 and am very independent. I wanna be able to support my family and share my experiences with others one day. I also wanna help educate people in health and fitness. Part of the reason i created my website www.aaronscottfitness.com
What’s your proudest moment so far in bodybuilding?
My proudest moment was the time I squatted 405. My high school football couch was spotting me while i was going for 1 rep he forced me to do 3. In that moment of exhaustion I’ve never felt so proud of myself.
What’s your target and goals for the future?
My goal is to be successful with my website by helping others through inspiration, motivation, and example. I wanna be successful as a model and one day get into acting but health and fitness will always be number one in my life.
What mistakes did you make when first starting out – Any advice for newbies?
Eating and sleeping are just as important as lifting! Eat clean train hard and sleep like a baby.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
One of the biggest ideals in my life is Greg Plitt. I watch all his workout videos and developed my own routine over time through experience.
What does your current diet consist of?
Chicken, veggies, chicken, fruit, chicken. I like to eat my chicken with another piece of chicken
How do you deal with cravings for junk foods, salty foods and sweets?
I never get cravings except when I’m cutting weight. That thought of knowing I cant have it makes me want it more. I try to keep sweets out of sight while I’m cutting
