Nothing is constant! And the change is inevitable! The only thing that is constant is ‘change.’ Well! We are talking about bodybuilding, as for how as a profession it faced several changes in the due course of time. While hitting the gym and using those barbells to pump up your guns sometimes this thought had crossed your mind just like it went right through my head, is this what people in ‘ancient’ times used? Well! Not exactly ancient but the bodybuilders who used to be the pioneer of bodybuilding, what were their practices and what equipment and machinery they used? Over the years, bodybuilders are getting bigger, bulkier and more orange.
1900-1930 The Significant Changes
So this won’t be quite surprising that people in 1900-1930 knew a very less about bodybuilding. It would be appropriate if I say they knew nothing about it. And the same applied to ‘good nutrition.’ For them, there was no such term existed that they can call as good nutrition. Still, there were certain groups of people who somewhat takes care of their physique and health, they experimented a lot regarding bodybuilding and spread the message about how one should live a healthy life.
