What got you started with working out?
It was at the year 2010. First i just wanted to loose weights. I had15 kg overweight, and i tried so many diets, but neither really worked like i wanted. I lost weights but the wrong way, to be sure muscles. This deformed my physique. When i met my coach Alex Stampoulidis and made an apointment to get my nutrition protocol, he told me that it´s not working with just to loosing weights, but rather i have to work out to getting tight again. So i got my first work out plan too, and since then i will never ever want to miss it.
Where does your motivation come from?
Every time i look in the mirror and see the positiv transformation, this is what motivates me! Seeing good results is the best motivation for me, this makes me wanna getting better and better! But for sure i have idols like Christina Halkiopoulos or Vida Guerra. Their pics motivates me aswell.
What does it feel like being on stage and working towards a goal?
When i am on stage it is an incredible feeling. I just do my thing and concentrate doing everything right. At the very first time it was easier for me, cause the expectations at myself were not as high as they were at the German Championship. I remember that day on the German Championship. I wanted to be good, and i was so nervous that my knees were trembled on stage. I had to be so concentrated on it without anyone being the wiser. So when i got the titel, it was like a dream come true.
What workout has worked best for you?
My coach Alex Stampoulidis made a split program work out for me.
Mondays and Thursdays: abs, legs and glutes, for example squats and lunges with high weights and 6 – 10 reps.
Tuesdays and Fridays: back, shoulders, biceps and triceps, with high weights too but 10 -15 reps, cause i should not get bigger, just to hold this shape at my upper body
And for sure on diet 4 times cardio a week á 45 min.
What diet has worked best for you?
Every diet that is tailor made by my coach for me. It depends on the body shape. There is no special diet. My coach scales my bodyfat and physical condition and than he mach the diet

Do you have any favourite moments or achievements?
I had four competitions, and every single one was special.
I won the Newcomer Championship 2012 in my class and the overall win, it was amazing. At the FIBO Bikini Cup 2012 i compete with international top athletes, and i got the 3rd place. I couldn´t believe it. At the BaWü Championship 2012 was the qualification for the German Championship, and as i got the 1st place in my class, i thought this was the highest success. but on the 12. May 2012 as i got the German Titel. It was unbelievable. Every moment on stage is uniquly.
Do you have any short or long term goals?
My next goal is on April 2013 the qualification for the european championship on May 2013.
Going by the responses on your fan page, it seems you inspire a lot of people, how does this make you feel?
It is such a good feeling to see every day more likes on my fan page.
I remember when i was watching some fan pages like Christina Halkiopoulos or Vida Guerra and they inspired me to change my lifestyle. And now i inspire other people, this is crazy. Never thought this could be possible. Thank you to all my fans, cause they write me so many nice things and that motivates me to go on.
