How did you get started with Fitness/Bodybuilding?
I have been doing fitness for quite a long time, not in a professional way but for well being and health reasons. I decided to start Bodybuilding and fitness on a professional basis when I saw the pictures of women in the Flex magazine.
What motivates you, where does your motivation come from?
I have goals which I want to achieve, for example contests i want to win, and therefore I have to work for it.
How does it feel being on stage and competing?
It definitely is a good feeling, because when i am on stage I recognize that i really have worked for something and that i m proud of myself.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
The best workout routine for myself i figured out is, when i go to gym six times a week for power training and five times a week for endurance. So i try to be consistent in my training.
What’s your typical workout look like?
I start my workout in the mornings when i wake up with an hour of endurance training. In the evenings I go to the gym and start my training with power.
What is your supplementation like?
Glutamin, BCAA`s and protein shakes.
What mistakes did you make when first starting out?
I did not take my nutrition and my workout as serious as I am doing now. It is important during workout times to nourish healthy and balanced.
Who is the most inspiring person to you in regards to fitness and in general?
For me the most inspiring person is Larissa Reis.
What are your favorite pre and post workout meals?
My favorite pre workout meal is chicken breast with salad and after the workout i only drink a protein shake.
