HOW DID YOU GET STARTED WITH FITNESS/BODYBUILDING?

I started with fitness by going to a gym, to train like any other girl, but I saw magazines and I liked fitness girls, and at the age of 19 I decided I wanted to become just that.

HOW DID IT FEEL TO WIN YOUR IFBB PRO CARD?

I was really happy, especially since because it is the most for me and for every athlete to do this, I love fitness, figure, and to win the Pro card is something incredible for me, i am really happy, it is the best.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU, WHERE DOES YOUR MOTIVATION COME FROM?

uff, what a questions, I think all my motivation comes from within, nobody gives me the motivation directly. I just think about the next contest, and how I see myself on the stage and in-vision that I’m always the winner.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST EFFECTIVE WORKOUT ROUTINE?

The most effective workout routine has been legs, I have been training legs frequently, three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each day I train different legs part but I always hit my glutes hard every day.

WHAT DOES YOUR COMPETITION DIET CONSIST OF?

My diet consists of 6 meals a day. My first meal consists of two slices of bread and 6 egg whites, and then the remaining 5 meals are simply chicken breast with salad. I find dieting for competitions very hard, one of the hardest parts of competitions.

WHAT ARE YOUR THREE FAVORITE EXERCISES?

I don’t have specific favorites, but my favourite body parts to train are: shoulders, back, arms, with legs being my least favorite.

WHAT IS YOUR SUPPLEMENTATION LIKE?

The supplements I take are: amino-acids, glutamine, multivitamins and whey protein.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE QUOTES?

I can do more; even when I thought I couldn’t

WHAT MISTAKES DID YOU MAKE WHEN FIRST STARTING OUT, AND ANY ADVICE FOR NEWBIES?

In the beginning everyone makes mistakes, be it: diet, exercises and being on stage. This is all normal when starting out, my advice and something that I tell all my female pupils is, “think you are the best when you’re on stage, you really are the best, and believe it! If you can’t believe it, then no one whill believe in you”.
It is the most important mind set to be in, don’t look at the other girls on stage, I never see my rivals and I know I am the best.

WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR?

Apart from winning my IFBB Pro Card, I think the 4th place in the World Championship was very important, but I’m proud of every achievement I have succeeded with. In general I am so happy to be on stage competing.

WHAT ARE YOUR BEST RESULTS SO FAR IN COMPETITION?

I am Argentina Champion , South American Champion, Mercosur Champion, Champions of Champions, 3rd place in London , Olympia Europe Placing, 4th place in Arnold Madrid , 4th place in World Championship
WHO ARE YOUR FAVORITES, ATHLETES OR FITNESS MODELS?
I really like male bodybuilders; my favourites are lee priest and flex lewis. Larissa Reiss is a favourite female bodybuilder of mine.
