How did you get involved with fitness and working out?
I have always loved different kinds of sport. I have been a sprinter (100m hurdles) and a soccer player for many years, but after a knee injury 2007 I started to rehab my body in the gym by lifting weights. My passion for weight training and nutrition began.
I loved to see my body change and develop with heavy weights and the right nutrition. Last year I felt something was missing in my workout. I needed a new challenge in my life and a goal to reach. I have always loved to compete and I really missed the feeling of competing and winning! That was when I decided to compete in bikini fitness.
Where does your motivation come from?
I motivate myself by thinking what I can achieve in this fitness industry. I watch girls like Nathalia Melo, India Paulino and Anna Virmajoki competing in the Olympia, and I definitely want to be there some day too!
My sister and brother motivate me as well. We are triplets and everybody work hard to reach their goals in fitness and body building. My sister competes in bikini fitness and my brother in Classic Bodybuilding. If I feel a lack of motivation I just give them a call!
What’s been your proudest achievement so far?
Winning the Arnold Classic Europe Amateur 2013
What’s your typical workout look like?
My workout includes weight training 5 times a week. How much cardio I do depends on when my next bikini show is. Usually I do cardio 3-6 times a week.
What’s your typical diet look like?
I eat six meals a day and all meals include proteins, carbs and fats. Also I make sure to drink at least one gallon of water every day.
Who would you say is your most inspiring person to you in regards to fitness?
Nathalia Melo, Anna Virmajoki and Nicole Wilkins.
What are your short term and long term goals?
My goal for 2014 is to earn a pro card. My long term goal is to compete against the best bikini girls in the world.
