Denise Herber has been brewing something incredible in her gym for the past few months, but it only became evident in the past few weeks. During these last couple of workouts, Denise set multiple personal records, with the majority of them coming in the deadlift event. So, seeing that Denise was already at the very top of the deadlift rankings, her new improvements could allow her to take the crown in the 75-kilogram weight class. It is looking very likely currently, as Denise recently shared a video of her locking out a 285-kilogram (628.3-pound) Unofficial U75KG Raw Deadlift All-Time World Record and PR.

Denise Herber has spent years perfecting her deadlift abilities, but her most recent training block has been nothing short of mind-blowing. She has already started peaking and locking out some humongous deadlifts. The most recent 285-kilogram (628.3-pound) PR is the most recent example of this, as Denise once again proved that she is in her element.

As the video shows, Denise looked confident standing over the loaded barbell, but it took some time to set it up perfectly. She first established her feat positioning for a conventional stance, then grabbed the barbell with a mixed grip. The only thing left to do was initiate the deadlift, after which Denise slowly but surely ascended to lock out.

This 285-kilogram (628.3-pound) deadlift from Denise Herber exceeded the current U75KG All-Time World Record by a staggering 7.5 kilograms (16.5 pounds). Moreover, the record is held by the incredible Kristy Hawkins, who set it at the 2022 WRPF American Pro.

Denise Herber has been pushing herself to the absolute limit because she plans to compete at the 2023 WRPF American Pro 2. The prestigious competition will take place on October 27-29, at the Salisbury Center in Manassas, VA. Judging by her performances in training, Denise will likely make this the greatest performance of her career so far.

It is not clear where Denise Herber stands with her squat and bench press, but she seems to be a significantly better overall powerlifter now than ever before. However, there is no doubt that she would be overfilled with joy even if she only claimed the deadlift World Record.
