Bodybuilders are thought to be inefficient in the world of martial arts, but what happens when you teach a bodybuilder martial arts?
Meet Alain “The Panther” Ngalani, 42 is a Cameroonian-born bodybuilder, mixed martial arts fighter, kickboxer and four-time Muay Thai world champion, fighting out of and representing Hong Kong. He is known for his speed and trademark move “The Panther High Kick”.
Alain Ngalani carved himself a little slice of mixed martial arts history on Sunday, 17 September night, knocking out Japanese opponent Hideki Sekine in just 11 seconds in a wild and frankly bizarre bout on the One Championship’s Total Victory card in Jakarta.
