Lee Priest shared a post on his official Instagram, that he is hospitalized due to Endocarditis, an infection of the heart’s inner lining, usually involving the heart valves.

“Two nights emergency rooms all week night sweats feeling bad. Blood test after test after test finally seems tooth infection caused endocarditis Was meant to travel to Brazil tomorrow for expo on 20th but looks like plane travel out with heart infection never been so sick. They admitting me to hospital now.”

Endocarditis is condition usually occurs when germs from elsewhere in the body travel through the blood and attach to damaged areas of the heart, in Priest’s case from Tooth Infection.

The main treatment is antibiotics. Sometimes surgery is needed.
