Recently IFBB Pro Michael Lockett went under the knife for his ‘gyno surgery’. In a post on his official Instagram from Nov 30th, he said,
“Hopefully I can take the stage in March. We’ll see how it goes. Not having the best off-season due to having gyno surgery. I’m definitely playing it by ear. I actually weighed myself today and I’m 232lbs. My goal is to be 245-250lbs contest weight. We shall see.”

“Still healing from my surgery. Hopefully I’ll be able to hit some iron by January 1st. It’s frustrating not being able to train. But this is the price I pay. I would love to do a show in March but based on the way things are looking, it might not be possible. We shall see…..)”

Gyno ‘Gynecomastia’ is when male breast tissue swells due to reduced male hormones (testosterone) or increased female hormones (estrogen). Causes include puberty, aging, medications, and health conditions that affect hormones. Obviously steroids also contribute to this condition because certain types of steroid use/abuse cause an increase in estrogen (the female hormone) and/or a decrease in testosterone (the male hormone), which is what causes the breast tissue to grow. Steroid abuse is almost guaranteed to lead to Gynecomastia.
We hope to see Michael Lockett back on the stage in March 2018!

Only if you don’t know what you’re doing…
lmfao….ok there big guy
Hardly ever see any Russian bodybuilders with either gyno or bloat. And those guys have the size … they also know the difference between use and abuse.
