The 2024 CrossFit North America West Semifinal took place on May 24-26 in Knoxville, Tennessee. It was one of the strongest Semifinal competitions of the season, featuring multiple experienced athletes, as well as a few new prospects in the sport. So, in a tough and indecisive battle that lasted for three days, Justin Medeiros and Abigail Domit managed to win their respective divisions.

The 2024 CrossFit North America West Semifinal was one of the competitions with the most qualifying spots for the upcoming CrossFit Games. Specifically, the top nine men, top eight women, and top seven teams, have managed to qualify for the finals of the season.

2024 CrossFit North America West Semifinal Results

Men

Although 2023 was a season to forget for Just Medeiros, it seems that this year he is determined to take back the title of Fittest Man On Earth. He has been performing well through the opening stages of the 2024 Season, and has now managed to win the 2024 CrossFit North America West Semifinal. He did not win any events in the Semifinal, but managed to place in the top 8 across all of them, despite the incredibly stacked lineup of athletes.

Going into the final event of the competition, it seemed that Brent Fikowski would top the podium of the 2024 CrossFit North America West Semifinal. However, Fikowski placed 10th on the last workout and dropped a significant number of points.

Abigail Domit was the only woman to exceed the 500-point mark, winning her Semifinal with relative comfort. She was battling against Alex Gazan for the majority of the competition, but Gazan placed 23rd in the penultimate event, which made the task much easier for Domit.
