Qualifying Spots For CrossFit Games

This year, CrossFit has decided to use an interesting approach to the Semifinals in order to determine who deserves to qualify for the CrossFit Games. So, they used the ‘Strength of Field’ calculations for each of the seven semifinals in order to allocate an adequate number of qualifying spots to each region.

In order to determine this, the organizers looked at the Top 100 Worldwide rankings for the past two years. So, whichever 2024 CrossFit Semifinal features the higher number of athletes from those Top 100 rankings also receives additional qualifying spots for the 2024 CrossFit Games. All calculations have concluded, so here is how the qualifying spots have been distributed.

Men’s Division CrossFit Games Qualifying Spot

  • North America East: 11 spots
  • Europe: 10 spots
  • North America West: 9 spots
  • Oceania: 4 spots
  • South America: 3 spots
  • Asia: 2 spots
  • Africa: 1 spot

Women’s Division CrossFit Games Qualifying Spot

  • North America East: 11 spots
  • Europe: 10 spots
  • North America West: 8 spots
  • Oceania: 4 spots
  • South America: 3 spots
  • Asia: 3 spots
  • Africa: 1 spots
