The 2025 Wodapalooza Miami took place on January 23-26, gathering dozens of the fittest men and women on earth. It is recognized as a true fitness festival, making it an exciting experience for both fans and competing athletes. Well, after multiple days and workouts, James Sprague and Lucy Campbell came out victorious in the individual men’s and women’s divisions.
The individual athletes took on six workouts, each specially designed to test a variety of ability factors. The battle in both men’s and women’s divisions came down to the wire, with only a couple of points separating the competitors. James Sprague’s path to victory was steady, as he took the lead and held it until the end. On the other hand, Lucy Campbell performed an unbelievable comeback.

Endurance played a big role in the first event of the 2025 Wodapalooza Miami, which definitely suited James Sprague. The 2024 Fittest Man On Earth utilized his opportunity and took the win in the first event, being the only man to break under 27 minutes. He was followed by last year’s champion, Ricky Garard, and Patrick Vellner.

The second event of the 2025 Wodapalooza Miami was not as long as the first one. So, Patrick Vellner decided to set a fast pace, which ended up giving him the event win. James Sprague was not far behind in second place. However, Sprague claimed second by beating Aniol Ekai by just 0.04 seconds.

One man that enjoyed this format was Austin Hatfield, finishing in first place with a time of 13:24.32. ‘Worth The Weight’ was all about strength and technique. In turn, Guilherme Malheiros was the one who excelled the most. He ended up with a score of 400 pounds, which was more than enough to beat the remainder of the roster. Two athletes, Austin Hatfield and Jack Farlow, had to share the second spot, having both locked out 380 pounds.
