Day Two (March 7th) Event Recap
Event Four — The Stone Drag
The second day of the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic kicked off with the Stone Drag event. The women first had to carry two massive stones weighing 425.8 pounds (193 kilograms) combined, which they then loaded onto a sled. Once that step was done, the athletes had to pull the sled back until they reached the finish line. It was a timed event, emphasizing the importance of speed and agility.
Angelica Jardine was one of few women who carried both stones simultaneously. However, while others struggled, she made them look easy. The sled pull was even smoother for Angelica since she got it moving pretty quickly and only continued picking up pace until the finish line. In the end, she was the only woman to finish in under one minute, showing just how far ahead of everyone she is on these types of events.
Lucy Underdown had a similar approach to Angelica but was just slightly slower throughout the entire race. Her sled pull slowed down at one point, but Lucy utilized her lower-body strength and reached the finish line. Her time came out to one minute and eight seconds.
Olga Liashchuk finished in third place with a time of one minute and 10 seconds. She used a different technique, opting to carry the stones one by one. It took a couple seconds for her to get the sled moving, but once it started Olga cruised to the finish line. On the other hand, Inez Carrasquillo was just inches away from finishing the event in a time similar to Lucy and Olga. However, she completely depleted her energy and needed half a minute to move the sled the final couple of inches.
- Angelica Jardine — 0:49.12
- Lucy Underdown — 1:08.13
- Olga Liashchuk — 1:10.75
- Hannah Linzay — 1:21.40
- Inez Carrasquillo — 1:44.32
- Jackie Osczevski — CAP+2 (25′ 2″)
- Jennifer Lyle — CAP+4 (16′ 9″)
- Melissa Peacock — CAP+4 (16′ 2″)
- Katie Blunden — CAP+5 (11′ 8″)
Event Five — American Oak
The second-to-last event of the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic was the American Oak. As a part of it, the athletes had to perform a 269-pound (122-kilogram) Log Lift for as many reps as possible. They also had the opportunity to lift a lighter 220-pound (100-kilogram) log, but one rep with the heavier log beat any number of reps with the lighter one.
The Log Lift is one of Inez Carrasquillo’s favorite events and her performance proved why. She managed to lock out six repetitions with the heavier log, which was enough to take the top win. She also holds the Log Lift World Record, which is why she was a heavy favorite for the fifth event of the competition.
Angelica Jardine and Olga Liashchuk tied for second place on the American Oak. This outcome suited Angelica more, as she prevented Olga and Inez from putting her overall lead in too much danger. With one event left, Angelica managed to remain in first place and made a huge step toward reclaiming the title.
- Inez Carrasquillo — 6 reps with 269-lb (122-kg)
- Angelica Jardine — 5 reps with 269-lb (122-kg)
- Olga Liashchuk — 5 reps with 269-lb (122-kg)
- Katie Blunden — 3 reps with 269-lb (122-kg)
- Jennifer Lyle — 2 reps with 269-lb (122-kg)
- Melissa Peacock — 7 reps with 220-lb (100-kg)
- Lucy Underdown — 4 reps with 220-lb (100-kg)
- Jackie Osczevski — 3 reps with 220-lb (100-kg)
- Hannah Linzay — 1 rep with 220-lb (100-kg)
Event Six — Ramp Rage
The 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic will conclude with the Ramp Rage event. As the name indicates, the women will carry three sandbags increasing in weight up an inclined ramp. The ramp was used for the frame-carrying implement in previous years, but it has been repurposed this year to make a brand-new event. The goal is to carry and load all three sandbags in the shortest time possible.
More information and results coming soon. The event is scheduled for 2:25 p.m. EST.

Day One (March 6th) Event Recap
Event One — Elephant Bar Deadlift
The very first event of the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic was the Elephant Bar Deadlift. It was a ‘for max weight’ format, meaning that the athletes were given three attempts each to establish a one-rep max. The event has been a staple of the competition for years and proved to be incredibly interesting once again.
Lucy Underdown solidified her status as the ‘Queen of the Deadlift’ once again, showing everyone that she is practically untouchable when it comes to any variation of the exercise. In doing so, Lucy pulled 701 pounds (318 kilograms) and set a new World Record. She beat the previous mark by 25 pounds (11.3 kilograms) and revealed that this was still far from what she is capable of.
Jennifer Lyle is another athlete who shocked everyone, achieving the second-heaviest Elephant Bar Deadlift in history. She ended up with a 681-pound (308.9-kilogram) deadlift and finished in second place behind Underdown. Lyle also attempted to pull 701 pounds (318 kilograms) and even got the bar off the floor but ended up failing the lift.
Olga Liashchuk secured a very valuable third-place finish in the deadlift event with a pull of 621 pounds (281.7 kilograms). She had a very intense battle with Angelica Jardine, whose heaviest lift came just 5 pounds (2.3 kilograms) short of Olga’s

Event Two — Dumbbell Challenge
The second challenge of the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic was all about upper body strength, as the athletes faced a series of dumbbells progressing in weight and had to choose which one they wanted to lift. They then proceeded to complete as many reps as possible, as that was set to be the tiebreaker for those who lift the same implement. The time cap was set to 90 seconds.
Inez Carrasquillo was the biggest favorite to take the win in the dumbbell event and she definitely performed as expected. Inez lifted a 195-pound (88.5-kilogram) dumbbell, which no one before or after her managed to complete. As a result, Inez claimed 10 points and got back into the title race following a seventh-place finish in the deadlift.
Olga Liashchuk locked out a 190-pound (86.2-kilogram) dumbbell and finished in second place. This proved to be a display of her greatest asset, consistency, since she is known for being one of the most well-rounded Strongwomen in the world with barely any weaknesses.
Angelica Jardine chose to lift the 180-pound (81.6-kilogram) dumbbell, which moved very smoothly. So, she did not stop there but instead decided to go for another repetition. She locked it out, but it turned out that even just one rep would have given her the same result. Regardless, it was still an incredible display of strength from Angelica.
- Inez Carrasquillo — 195 pounds (1 rep)
- Olga Liashchuk — 190 pounds (1 rep)
- Angelica Jardine — 180 pounds (2 reps)
- Melissa Peacock — 170 pounds (1 rep)

- Hannah Linzay — 160 pounds (1 rep)
- Jennifer Lyle — 150 pounds (2 reps)
- Lucy Underdown — 150 pounds (1 rep)
- Jackie Osczevski — 140 pounds (1 rep)
Event Three — Stone to Shoulder
Day one of the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic wrapped up with the Stone to Shoulder event. The implement they used was the Bill Crawford / Steve Jeck Stone, which came out to 260 pounds (117 kilograms). The women were given two minutes to achieve as many reps as possible, thus encompassing multiple aspects of Strongwoman including strength and technique, but also conditioning.
Note: In the case that athletes performed the same number of reps, they were ranked based on the tiebreaker, which was based on points: five points for getting the stone up to the chest and one point for getting the stone into the lap. The tiebreaker points are represented by a number in the brackets in the results that are listed below.
The Stone to Shoulder proved to be an amazing way to conclude the first day at the competition, as the battle for the top spot came down to the wire. However, Angelica Jardine was the one who managed to get slightly ahead with a total of seven successful reps. Each rep looked very smooth since Angelica had no issues getting it off the floor or up to her shoulder.
Inez Carrasquillo and Olga Liashchuk both achieved six repetitions. So, the tiebreaker was used to decide who would finish in second place. Well, Inez got the stone up to her chest while attempting her seventh rep. On the other hand, Olga’s performance concluded following her sixth successful rep. As a result, Inez placed second, while Olga had to settle for third.
- Angelica Jardine — 7 reps (0)
- Inez Carrasquillo — 6 reps (5)
- Olga Liashchuk — 6 reps (0)
- Hannah Linzay — 2 reps (5)
