Sylvester Stallone impressive physique defies age as he trains for ‘Rambo 5’

The 72-year-old action star Sylvester Stallone who graced our screens for decades with Hollywood muscle-bound action blockbusters like Rocky, Rambo and most recently Expendables movies is not about to slow down anytime soon. Stallone became the fitness icon early in his career after playing iconic super-fit roles like Rocky Balboa and John Rambo. He is one of the few action stars who maintained a very active fitness lifestyle throughout the years.

Even at 72, Stallone still crushes it in the gym, he posted a picture of himself on Instagram getting jacked ahead of the release of Rambo 5. He calls out the rest of Hollywood for being soft and reminding actors they get to play pretend for a living.

“All these celebrities talk about how HARD they work out and how early they have to get up and how they have to sacrifice. C’mon, ladies and gents, YO, It’s an INCREDIBLE Privilege! THUMP THE PUMP!”
