“Round here we stick to the basics.. do em as heavy as possible and with the best form possible. This is the first time in my life I’m making myself do heavy dead lifts and squats EVERY week. Not when I feel strong, not when I feel good, not when I want to, or when I have lots of energy… EVERY WEEK! Yeah, it hurts and honestly lots of days I just don’t want to pull 6-700 lbs for reps or get under it on a squat bar, but when I see the way my body is changing that’s all the motivation I need! ”
