The 2023 WRPF American Pro 2 featured an insanely strong women’s lineup, which featured multiple world record holders. So, a few legendary athletes came together to battle and see who the one ultimate winner would be. In the end, the title went to Kristy Hawkins, who put up the greatest overall performance the powerlifting world has ever seen. This statement is supported by Kristy Hawkins’ DOTS score of 711.18, which is the highest one in history. Kristy also set new Squat and Total All-Time World Records in the process.
The DOTS scoring system is basically a formula that gives each athlete a score based on how much weight they totaled while taking into consideration what their bodyweight was at the time. This is meant to give all athletes an equal playing field, regardless of what weight class they compete in.
Marianna Gasparyan held the previous highest DOTS score of 709.96, which she got after an incredible performance at the 2019 WRPF Kern US Open. So, it has stood untouched for four years, but Kristy Hawkins has now taken the throne.
Kristy Hawkins’ Full Performance
While chasing the highest DOTS score, Kristy Hawkins had a mind-blowing performance on her final squat attempt, where she set a new U75KG All-Time World Record of 310 kilograms (683.4 pounds). With this, she outperformed Hunter Henderson’s old record by 15 kilograms (33.1 pounds).

The humongous squat is what made the biggest difference for Kristy Hawkins, since she failed one bench press and two deadlift attempts later on. So, if she was successful in those attempts as well, Kristy’s DOTS and Total would have been even better. Regardless, Kristy still improved upon her own Total World Record by 5 kilograms (11 pounds) as well.
