It’s what we’ve all been waiting for… the US weightlifting team is taking the stage in Guatemala City, Guatemala from April 20-28th for a battle of bragging rights! 12 men and women will be competing against each other and it’ll be an exciting competition as we get to watch some possible records being broken, and see US athletes make name for themselves in this spectacular showdown!
Now, this is a gold-level competition so it holds a lot of weight going into the 2020 Olympics to take place in Tokyo, Japan. So, this is the time to display top-level performances in an effort to compete at the biggest athletic stage in the world.
