This family is so obsessed with their own strength that they spend countless hours lifting weights. 11-year-old Dylan can dead lift over 150 pounds.
Dylan: “It’s like my coffee in the morning,” he can dead lift more than 150Ilbs. “If I don’t do it, I don’t feel right.”
Just 5-year-old Jessica can perform one-handed push-ups, and lift one hundred pounds with ease. And don’t even get started with super heavy lifters, mom, and dad.
According to the video, father Nick, mother Callie, eleven-year-old Dylan and five-year-old Jessica can spend up to 240 hours per week working out.
