The 2020 CrossFit Open 20.3 workout is the toughest yet. Despite that, Annie Thorisdottir has absolutely crushed this week’s round with a recent video.

Thorisdottir has been killing it during this season’s Open, putting in hard work. As a result, she has earned herself the ninth position on the world learderboards. Her previous two workouts, at the 20.1 and the 20.2, were impressive, as she clearly pushed herself to the limits.

The 20.3 would be no different. Thorisdottir had a bit of an edge on this workout, as it was a repeat of the 18.4. She had completed the workout two years ago, so she knew what to expect this time around. Therefore she was able to combine her prior experience, with her improved athletic ability, for a stellar performance.

In case you forgot, this is the workout for the 20.3

When Annie Thorisdottir completed the 18.4, she did so with a time of 6:34. Subsequently, she was looking to do better this time around. As a matter of fact, she managed to do just that. She completely crushed the workout this time around, getting a time of 5:40, beating her last score by almost a minute! Check out her video:

Ever trying to improve, Thorisdottir says that she is still not satisfied with that score. In the video, she says that she might just give it another go on Monday. She believes that she could scrape off some seconds with her cycle speed, and get her time down a little bit more.

Annie Thorisdottir is firmly established as one of the top athletes throughout the CrossFit Open. As a result, it will be interesting to continue watching as the next two weeks unfold. Furthermore, when it comes time for the Games, she certainly will be a force to be reckoned with.
