The Arnold Pro Strongwoman held between March 6-7 at the 2020 Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio, Columbus. The world’s top Strongwoman clashed for top prizes and the Katie Sandwina Trophy.
Over the years at Arnold Sports Festival we had witnessed many feats of strength records and this year is no exception either.
Olga Liaschuck wins her second pro title in a row. The main attraction from her last night’s performance was 140-pound Monster Dumbbell for 5 reps. Another impressive feat was a Tire Flip where she lifts 500 pounds (227 kg) tire with 9 reps in one minute.
Second place winner Danielle Vaji performed really well throughout the competition performed 6 reps on the tire flip and pulls 525-pound tire deadlift with 10 reps.
Third place winner Jessica Fithen also put on great performance over the weekend and tied Olga by locking140 pound Monster Dumbbell with 5 reps. In the last woman standing stone event, she performed 34 reps on 240lbs stone. She was unable to performed farmer’s walk event.

600 Pound Deadlift Record
On the 2nd day at Pro Strongwoman event, Andrea Thompson and Kristin Rhodes break the 600-pound Elephant Bar Deadlift mark, with Andera pulls a massive 621 lbs deadlift to set a new record for the Women’s Elephant Bar Deadlift. Whereas Rhodes pulls 616 lbs Rogue Elephant Bar Deadlift.
The first woman who attempted to make a history to broke the 600lbs was Canada’s, Haley Randall. She lifted 601 pounds off the floor but failed to lock it. She made two attempts but failed twice.
