Sam moved back to Upstate New York in 2020 after living and working in the Philadelphia fitness scene for 10 years. During his tenure there, he worked as an adjunct professor at Temple University, personal trainer and gym manager, coaching weightlifting, powerlifting, and CrossFit classes at multiple gyms, and randomly rock climbing, ice skating, trail running, and competing in West Coast Swing dancing. With a varied background of sports and an intense injury history, Sam has developed a unique approach of working with all types of people on their fitness goals. He is a huge nerd and prides himself on blending science and analysis of movement to keep people healthy, pushing the limits in the trenches to find out what actually works, and making the gym and fitness a welcoming community for anyone that wants to be a part of it.
