Blaine Sumner is a 400lbs powerlifting behemoth that literally has to blend chicken breast into shakes so he can consume the necessary 10.000 calories per day.
Being that big and that strong comes with the perks of being able to move insane powerlifting numbers. Which is exactly what Blaine Sumner does, he breaks powerlifting records. One of the many he has broken in the competition is a 1,113 pound squat, 1,003-pound bench press, 816-pound deadlift, and 2,805 pound total. The squat, bench press and total are all world records.
Recently he has been prepping for Arnold classic and currently, with 7 weeks left until “game day” he’s putting out some beastly numbers.

Here Blaine is squatting well over 1000 lbs with no wraps, here’s what Blaine Sumner himself had to say about this;
Feels like awhile since I’ve posted some heavy lifts. Just been doing some fun conjugate work for my heavy work. But it’s time to start thinking about the Arnold again. 7 weeks out. So here’s 1,005 lbs. tonight without knee wraps because DADDY’S HOME.
Moving a 1000 lbs with no wraps is pretty damn badass! Yes, he was wearing sleeves and used reverse bands on the squat but keep in mind he is 7 weeks out before a powerlifting meet and he is already squatting with over 1000 lbs on his back. Also, he used the same method when he prepped for his showdown in Dubai where he squatted 1090 lbs.
