Finding a way to properly work out right now is difficult for many people. Not Chris Bumstead however, who instead likes to use his epic home gym setup.

Bumstead has, like the rest of us, been having to deal with some massive changes to his daily lifestyle. Due to the current health crisis, most gyms around the United States have been temporarily shut down. As a result, he and other high-level athletes have been left to find news ways to get their daily pump in.

However, as Chris Bumstead showed us recently, things are a little bit easier for him. He took to Instagram to show off the incredible home gym setup he has in his basement. Moreover, he shared the routine that he is currently doing during this isolation period.

“Basement training sessions coming in hot🔥
Something about a dungeon type gym, no one else around, just me and @ifbbiain sticking to the basics and getting shit done.
So grateful for this amazing set up with more than enough tools to make some gains during quarantine.
I hope everyone is staying safe and staying positive, it’s a scary time but I genuinely believe our world will come out better at the end of all this🙏🏼 “

It is clearly leg day, as Bumstead is doing all kinds of squats and lunges. Nevertheless, you can see the setup he has, and it is enough to make someone jealous. Especially during these difficult times.

Chris has been doing more than just traditional weight training, though. He was even seen recently doing some work using the furniture in his house too. Here you can see him showing some ingenuity in finding unique ways to train.

It is good to see Chris Bumstead finding ways to keep working during this current situation. What kind of workouts are you doing while you are unable to go to the gym?
