One specification needs clarification. PACEARTH’s product copy lists a 7.04-inch inside diameter, while its Amazon comparison table gives 6.73 inches for the 32 mm rings. We have not measured a sample to resolve that conflict. If the opening matters for a particular use, request a confirmed dimension from PACEARTH before buying.

32 mm Versus 28 mm: Choose for Your Hands
The 32 mm measurement describes the thickness of the wood you hold, not the diameter of the whole ring. Compared with a 28 mm grip, a 32 mm circular grip has about 14% more circumference. That calculation follows from the stated diameters; it is not a measurement of these rings or a prediction of grip strength.
You have more material to wrap your fingers around. If you know you prefer a thicker pull-up grip, the 32 mm version deserves consideration. If you struggle to maintain your hold on thicker handles, buying a 28 mm set may suit you better. We would not choose the larger version because PACEARTH attaches a larger capacity number to it.
For comparison, Rogue sells wood rings in two grip sizes and describes its thinner option as a choice for smaller hands. That supports treating thickness as a fit decision. It does not establish a universal hand-size cutoff or prove that one diameter will improve your training more than the other.
The included tape gives you another surface option, but wrapping a ring also adds thickness. Tape cannot make an oversized grip smaller. PACEARTH says you can use the rings with or without its tape and that replacement depends on use. We have no hands-on evidence to judge the adhesive, sweat absorption, or how often you would need another roll.
Cam Buckles Versus Numbered Loops
With this PACEARTH set, the cam buckle grips the webbing at your chosen position. The marks help you compare strap settings; they do not lock the rings at those marks. You can make a small height correction without moving to the next predetermined loop.
A numbered-loop system uses stitched attachment positions and carabiners. You select a position rather than feed webbing through a cam buckle for each change. That may be more convenient when you alternate between low-ring and high-ring exercises, although we did not time either system.
PACEARTH’s separate 32 mm carabiner set uses 9-foot double-layer numbered straps. Do not transfer that strap length, its door anchor, or its foot straps to the kit reviewed here. Nor should you assume that a carabiner alone makes a system stronger or safer. The complete assembly, its intended use, and the manufacturer’s instructions matter.

A 14.76-Foot Strap Is Not a 14.76-Foot Drop
PACEARTH gives the length of each strap, but that does not define a fixed anchor-to-ring distance. You cannot equate the advertised length with the height of an overhead support.
The configured distance depends on the support’s dimensions and the approved routing. We have not verified a PACEARTH manual that specifies the usable drop or required tail length, so we will not supply a conversion or threading diagram. For a high mounting location, ask PACEARTH to confirm whether this set can reach your required ring position.
The markings also cannot tell you whether the rings finish level in every location. Different support heights or dimensions can produce different ring heights from matching marks. Use the scale as a setup reference and check the finished arrangement against the supplied instructions.

The 1,500-Pound Claim Has Limits
PACEARTH advertises a capacity of up to 1,500 pounds for this 32 mm set. The pages we reviewed do not establish whether that figure describes a breaking test, a working-load limit, one component, or the complete installed system. We did not verify independent testing or a dynamic-load allowance.
That number cannot establish the capacity of a ceiling attachment, exercise frame, or other support. It also does not authorize added weights, swinging movements, or inversion in a particular installation. Obtain the correct instructions for your exact kit and confirmation that your chosen support suits the intended activity before using it.
Rogue’s published strap safety guidance illustrates the maintenance questions buyers should ask: it calls for checks of stitching, webbing, and buckle condition and addresses static and dynamic anchor loads.1 Rogue also publishes separate ring assembly instructions.2 Those documents concern Rogue equipment; they do not certify PACEARTH’s parts or replace its instructions.
