Military PT Calculators
Score your U.S. military branch's fitness test and look up the standards behind it. Every calculator uses the scoring tables the branch publishes, and every page shows the date we last checked them.
Score your military fitness test
One calculator for each test whose scoring tables are public. There is no Space Force calculator because its scoring charts are not public; its rules are listed under the standards below.
- Army Army Fitness Test (AFT) calculator Deadlift, hand-release push-ups, sprint-drag-carry, plank and 2-mile run. Each event scores 0 to 100, on the general or combat standard.
- Navy Navy PRT calculator Push-ups, forearm plank and a run, row or swim. Your level on each event, your overall category and whether you pass.
- Marine Corps Marine Corps PFT calculator Pull-ups or push-ups, plank and a 3-mile run or 5,000 m row, scored out of 300.
- Marine Corps Marine Corps CFT calculator Movement to contact, ammunition lift and maneuver under fire, scored out of 300.
- Air Force Air Force PFRA calculator 2-mile run or HAMR, strength, core and waist-to-height ratio, scored out of 100.
- Coast Guard Coast Guard PFT calculator Push-ups, forearm plank and a run, row or swim. You need at least 45 points in each event.

Military PT questions
Are these the current standards?
Yes, as of the "Last verified" date at the top of each page. That date shows when we last checked the page against the branch's own documents.
Why can't I score the Space Force test?
Its scoring charts are not public, so we leave the scores out rather than guess them. The Space Force HPA rules page explains the test and its pass rule.
Do I need an account?
No. Every calculator shows your result without an account. Sign in if you want to save your scores.
