For the full composite index, 3-4 weeks of data lets the system establish your personal baselines for readiness, drift, and volume. What should I do when the dashboard shows a red fatigue score?

A red composite score means multiple fatigue signals are elevated simultaneously. Take a full rest day or active recovery session.
