About the Strength Level Checker

The Check My Level tool is part of the world's first strongman-specific strength classification system. Unlike generic strength standards that only cover barbell lifts, our system covers all 10 major strongman events: Atlas Stones, Log Press, Axle Press, Deadlift, Car Deadlift, Yoke Walk, Farmer's Walk, Sandbag Loading, Keg Toss, and Tire Flip.

Simply enter your bodyweight and your best performance for any events you train, and the tool instantly calculates your level for each event (Beginner through Elite), your overall percentile ranking, and identifies your strongest and weakest events. Use the results to prioritize your training and track your progress over time.

How Levels Are Calculated

Your performance is compared against standards calibrated from over 2,000 strongman competitions in our database, cross-referenced with professional results from World's Strongest Man, Arnold Strongman Classic, and Strongman Corp national competitions. The system automatically matches you to the correct weight class based on your bodyweight.
