About Women's Strongman

Women's strongman is the fastest-growing division in the sport. What was once an exclusively male domain has blossomed into a thriving competitive scene with its own world championships, record books, and professional athletes. Organizations like World's Strongest Woman (part of Giants Live), the Arnold Strongwoman Classic, and Strongman Corporation have created dedicated platforms for women to compete.

Women's Strongman Events

Women compete in the same categories as men, with weight and implement adjustments: Atlas Stones, Log Press, Deadlift, Yoke Walk, Farmer's Walk, Axle Press, Sandbag Loading, Keg Toss, and more. Weight classes typically include 57 kg, 64 kg, 73 kg, 82 kg, and 82+ kg divisions.

Notable Women Strongman Athletes

The women's division features remarkable athletes such as Andrea Thompson (multiple world records in log press and deadlift), Rebecca Roberts, Donna Moore, Rhianon Lovelace, and many more who continue to push the boundaries of human performance. Their achievements have inspired a new generation of women to enter the sport.
