Ronnie Coleman has a genuine heart of a champion! Former Mr. O is not slowing down, even after the complex surgeries. He’s like a machine on every single level. He reached a size in his prime that could not be matched. He trained with an intensity that cannot be matched. And he has been dedicated to bodybuilding (despite numerous injuries and surgeries) non stop.
Any normal person wouldn’t be still training at this point. A normal person wouldn’t be able to do half of what Ronnie Coleman has done and is still doing. He may not be competing anymore – but he has a passion and intensity unmatched even by today’s younger pros.
He stated multiple times after each surgery that he regrets nothing… but will never stop lifting weights.
Ronnie Coleman is more than an average man. He is a monster. An alien. A superhuman beast incapable of being stopped.
Check out the following Instagram posts showcases all of this and more. Pure motivation.
“Trying my best to get these 12in arms bigger. Training arms on this bright Sunday afternoon. I’m also loving this new necklace Shield of Strength sent me. It is a dumbbell/weight plate combined. The dumbbell has my favorite scripture of Phil 4:13 and the weight plate has scripture Luke 1:37. You can purchase this piece at shieldofstrength.com. You can also check them out on Instagram “

“Had a great training session with a few guys that won a training session with me from my appearance at Atilis Gym yesterday. We are training at the Atilis Gym located 3015 Pacific Ave, Wildwood NJ. You can catch them on Instagram @atilisgym. The gym was awesome with great environment, tons of equipment and excellent music. Can’t wait to come back here again, thanks to all who came out to our appearance yesterday at Atilis Gym located 6718 Black Forest Pike, EHT, NJ.”
“Trying my best to get these legs bigger. Finally made it to 20 reps with 3 plates. Next goal is 20 reps with 4 plates. Did 3 and a quarter for 10 so getting closer day by day. My dream is to get where @bigj_extremefitness is but that’s in a few years. Gotta take it one day at a time, one rep at a time.”
