What made you transform your body?

When I was young , I played a lot of sports from: football, floorball, snowboarding, swimming, judo and boxing but these sports didn’t satisfy me. I was 16 years old and I wanted to look nice for girls and become stronger, so one day I decided to go to the gym with my friend. It was something different, that pump, the feel after training. Right from that first moment I knew that’s what I wanted to do. At the first months it was just something I was doing only in my free time. Now it’s part of my life. My passion. My purpose in life.

How did you accomplish your goals?

The early stages were very hard and I made a lot of mistakes.I started study and educate myself by reading: lots of books, articles on the internet, watching various videos and gathered information from where ever it was possible.

What did you find the most challenging aspect?

For me there was no specific aspect I would define as the most challenging, if you have a dream and if you really want something, then nothing is impossible. But sometimes I really want to eat something sweet, like chocolate, pizza etc., so maybe that is it – junk food.

Future Plans?

I will definitely keep this fitness lifestyle. I want move to Australia to study at a special fitness school and fulfill my dream of becoming a famous trainer and fitness model. To motivate young people all around the world, to begin working out for themselves and to live a better and happier life. I will also open a new website in October where you can find the best online coaching programs to achieve your dream body. I will include: fitness articles, diet recipes, forum, blog, healthy tips, daily motivation, etc. all created by myself.

Any motivation tips for people who want to transform their body?

Eat smart, train hard, sleep well. If you are a novice, then I will recommend you to use services of a trainer, it will help you so much at the beginning stages. If you really want something, you must go for it! Believe to achieve.

What’s life been like after your transformation?

My life has changed in every aspect. I have much more friends now, my dream job and a happy life. This fitness doesn’t just change only my body but it changes my mind too. I think positive, I have sense of purpose and I know that if I really want something with all my heart, then there is nothing impossible. It is all about the mind set.
