Getting to the final form and supreme condition as a bodybuilder is no simple task. It requires a tremendous amount of patience, hard work, and dedication to excel.
At the pro level, it takes more than proper dieting and training, perhaps even by outside forces that will critique your physique in ways that you yourself wouldn’t be able to. While some individuals don’t believe in hiring trainers to take them to the next level, in high-level bodybuilding all options must be take into consideration. That is the young Sergio Oliva Jr has adapted in choosing to train under the bodybuilding legend Tom Platz.
Sergio Oliva Jr. the winner of the NY Pro 2017 was qualified for the 2017 Olympia, but Sergio believed that he must put everything into his preparation before taking to the stage against the best bodybuilders in the world.
That’s where Tom Platz comes in. Platz was a truly tremendous bodybuilder with a great deal of knowledge. With all that wealth of knowledge at his disposal, Sergio Oliva Jr is hoping to glean what he can from the legend in order to perfect his physique ahead of his 2018 campaign.
