The 2024 Mile High Pro in Denver, Colorado took place on June 8, as fans witnessed competitors from the Men’s Physique and Bikini divisions vie for gold and cash prizes.

If the stakes in Colorado weren’t high enough, the winners of this weekend’s show guaranteed their passage to the 2024 Mr. Olympia stage. In celebration of the organization’s 60th anniversary, Dan Solomon has promised a historic event when the biggest show of the season returns to Las Vegas, Nevada at the Resort’s World from October 10-13.

In 2023, Riccardo Croci and Ashley Kaltwasser walked away with titles following powerful performances. Croci has opted not to compete this weekend, so the Men’s Physique division crowned a new champion. Meanwhile, former three-time Bikini Olympia great Ashley Kaltwasser was the defending champion from last year and was eager to produce gold once again.

From the back, it was evident that Men’s Physique contender Rhyan Clark brought a next-level look. His stage presence, full chest, and capped shoulders paved the way for him to enjoy success in Colorado. In light of his victory, Rhyan Clark will have a shot at Men’s Physique Olympia Ryan Terry on the horizon.

Prejudging and the finals gave way to a few Bikini contenders, though the shape, symmetry, and balance of Ashley Kaltwasser had judges on the edge of their seats. She claimed the 2024 Mile High Pro title after a close battle with Kate Carroll, who took second place. Improving at every contest, the bodybuilding community expects Ashley Kaltwasser to do some damage on the prestigious Olympia stage, where she intends to shine against reigning two-time Bikini Olympia Jennifer Dorie
