The 2024 Rogue Invitational is arguably the most lucrative competition of the year for strength athletes, as it offers a larger prize purse than any other meet. For the past few years, only men have had the opportunity to compete for dozens of thousands of dollars. However, exciting news came from the organizers recently, as they announced the addition of the Strongwoman division at the competition as well.

The pure addition of women to the 2024 Rogue Invitational excited many fans and athletes who recognized this as a new elite competition added to their season. However, their joy was greatly increased when the organizers explained that the Strongwoman division would feature the same prize purse as the Strongman division.

This has often not been the case in competitions up until this point, but the 2024 Rogue Invitational is set to make history in the sport of Strongwoman. The entire prize purse for the women exceeds a mind-blowing $250,000 and it could grow even more until the competition starts.

On the other hand, the overall prize purse for CrossFit (Men & Women), Strongman, and Strongwoman together currently comes out to 1,763,465.89.

2024 Rogue Invitational New Venue

For the first time in its history, the 2024 Rogue Invitational will move from the US and take place in Europe. Specifically, the competition is set to occur on November 8-10, at the P&J Live complex in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Scotland is notorious for being the home of many strength legends and historic feats, which is exactly what lured the organizers to pick it as the new location. For the past three years, the competition has taken place in Texas. So, it will be interesting to see it play out in a new venue. Moreover, the Rogue Invitational Strongman and Strongwoman will definitely be the most prestigious competition for both sports on the European continent.

This proves just how progressive the Rogue Invitational is, and there is no doubt that the women who take part will put in blood, sweat, and tears to make the competition as interesting as possible.
