The 2025 CrossFit Games are set to be one of the biggest sporting events of the year, especially when it comes to fitness. So, many fans were eager to find out where and when the prestigious competition would take place. Well, January 14th brought some exciting news, as it was revealed that this year’s CrossFit Games will take place in Albany, New York, on August 1-3.

The 2025 CrossFit Games will last three days, which has not usually been the case in previous years. History shows that the majority of earlier editions took place over the course of four or five days. So, it remains to be seen how the shorter span of the competition affects the dynamic of it.

When it comes to the location, Albany is known for being the capital and the oldest city in the state of New York. It offers an airport with multiple domestic and international flights, making it a perfect and accessible location for both athletes and fans. Moreover, the MVP Arena venue offers a seating capacity for 15,000 people.
