The 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman & Strongwoman competitions will take place from October 23-24 at P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland. The competition brings together ten top athletes in the Strongman division and ten in the Strongwoman division, all battling through a grueling schedule of six events, promising fans an unbelievable show from start to finish.
As one of the biggest events of the year, the contest easily attracts the best strength athletes in the world. With multiple World’s Strongest Man & Woman champions and record holders going head-to-head, it brings together a stellar lineup that guarantees top-tier competition.
2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman & Strongwoman Lineups
Men
As expected, the 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman competition is gathering ten of the world’s strongest men. That includes the 3x and reigning champion, Mitchell Hooper, who will look to extend his dominance for the fourth year in a row. Hooper has had an incredible season so far, winning the 2026 Arnold Strongman Classic and the 2026 World’s Strongest Man, which makes him the prime candidate to take home the crown once again.
Hooper will battle against other former World’s Strongest Man champions: Hafthor Bjornsson, Tom Stoltman, Rayno Nel, and Martins Licis. This serves as proof of just how stacked the lineup is. The remainder of the pack is also made up of highly successful Strongmen, including Trey Mitchell, who is a true static powerhouse, and Paddy Haynes, who is known for his speed, agility, and endurance.

Women
The defending champion is also coming back in the 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongwoman competition. The woman in question is Inez Carrasquillo and she is the only one who has held the title since the division’s conception in 2024. Having won both previous editions of the competition, Inez will leave everything on the competition floor in an attempt to add the third Rogue Invitational trophy to her cabinet.
Olga Liashchuk will be one of Inez’s greatest rivals at the competition, as she is coming off a spectacular win at the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic. Other title candidates include Angelica Jardine, former Arnold Strongwoman Classic champion, and Lucy Underdown, who is known for unbelievable pulling strength.

2026 Rogue Invitational Events
- Event One — Deadlift Ladder
- Event Two — Viking Press
- Event Three — Conan’s Wheel
- Event Four — Yoke Carry and Log Lift Medley

- Event Six — Mons Megs Stones
The 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman & Strongwoman competitions consist of the same events, with the only difference being the weights of the implements. They start off with a series of deadlifts that progressively get heavier throughout the event. Moreover, the use of deadlift suits and figure-eight lifting straps is not allowed. From there, the athletes will move on to the Viking Press for their second event, where they will attempt to lock out as many repetitions as possible on an overhead pressing machine.
The third event of the 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman & Strongwoman competitions will be the Conan’s Wheel. It is a true test of endurance, as the athletes attempt to achieve the maximum distance possible while utilizing a zercher grip to hold massive weights in front of them. Once they complete the endurance challenge, they will be met with a test of speed and power, having to carry a massive Yoke across the field before proceeding to lock out three repetitions of a Log Lift. Their goal will be to complete the event in the shortest time possible.
Entering the final stages of the competition, the competitors will have to carry multiple implements as a part of the Grip Medley. Lastly, they will take on the Mons Meg Stones, where they will race to lift and load a series of stones in the shortest time possible.
