Jack MasonBritish fighter Jack Mason won’t be forgetting his latest fight anytime soon. He lost his fight by first-round TKO against Hakon Foss after suffering a horrific cut above his eye. Mason was competing at Cage Warriors 93 in Gothenburg, Sweden. A knee to Mason’s head is believed to have caused the deep wound.

Following the loss former UFC fighter Josh Maguire tweeted a video of Mason’s injury:

“Warning this is up there with some of the worst cuts I’ve seen in MMA,”

But Mason himself sounded like he was in good spirits as he tweeted that he needs to work on his defense to avoid ending up in this situation in the future.
