6. The Power Of Nutrition
Nutrition is your power bank: Your muscles need power, and this power comes from food. Now it’s up to you to feed it the nutrition that will bulk it or nutrition that will ruin your entire workout session. Ideally, without lean proteins, healthy fats, good carbs, and veggies your gains are going to suck. If you want subpar performance then by all means snack on those fries. But if you actually want to make the most out of your workout then you need to provide your body with ample nutrition that will build fine muscle mass and give you fuel for future workouts. Supplements can work great as well. Let’s face it, our diets don’t have all the nutrition we’d require, so you can go to a good supplement shop and get yourself loaded on products like creatine, L-glutamine, and multivitamins that go a long way in providing a body with health benefits. Oh and don’t rely on gear, Steroids have huge drawbacks. It’s like taking the easier route, it doesn’t work and you’ll probably crash and burn in the long run.
7. Stop Searching ‘Wonder Routine’
Stop searching for that next fad routine: Every morning you wake up and a new work out springs up. A training style better than the one before providing better benefits. Aspiring bodybuilders worry greatly about which one’s would suit them better and drive themselves nuts over the suggested benefits. If something is working for you, there is absolutely no reason to quit it. Some of these new routines don’t even work that great and you’ll just end up losing time and past effort. The basics are there for a reason, these are tried and tested and the results are visible for everyone to see.
8. Sleep, Sleep More
Your beauty sleep is important: Most people will go to the gym after a long day’s work and particularly no sleep. This is a potion for disaster! While you can’t do much about your sleep schedule, you can get good nights sleep to get your hormones to work great. Getting less than 4 hours of sleep can result in testosterone reduction by nearly 60 percent! WE DON’T WANT THAT! Testosterone is the hormone that governs how your body looks and reacts. Oh, and unless you want to turn into Schwarzenegger, more testosterone isn’t better either. Get ample of sleep and eat right, your intensity workouts will do the rest. Sleep is known to repair muscles and also burn fats. It is very vital to have energy for your future workouts and that is where sleep proves to be most beneficial.
