9. Party Hard, But Make It Special Occasion
It’s okay to party just be careful: Going to the gym should not make you anti-social all of a sudden, it’s okay to enjoy a good night out with your buds. Have a good time and enjoy, just don’t make it an everyday habit. Going hard every other week is a sure way to lose your gains and intoxicate your liver. A good bro knows what his body is worth. Don’t wash all your effort just to fit in; your dream body will make you fit in any way! Alcohol makes you drowsy and lazy, it’s horrible for the body and it can cause you to lose motivation. There are also scientific reasons to believe that it causes weight gain. What you want is muscle gain; it’s really as simple as that!
10. Trust Yourself
Believe in yourself: So this one’s a cliché, but probably the most important one out there.
You can’t succeed at something unless you truly believe you can. Recite corny motivational quotes to yourself if you have to; just get yourself to a point where you actually believe you are capable of doing well. When others see you improve they will try to bring you down, ignore them they’re probably jealous. You have a right to treat your body well. When people believe bodybuilding is just the exterior physical effort, they almost always fail. That is because bodybuilding is so much more. It is exerting you to get to a point where you know you’re at the top. It’s treating your body right, adapting and turning it into a better version than it was before. Bodybuilding is an art and you better believe in yourself completely if you want to sculpt that amazing body that you have been gifted with!
