Believe it or not, the 2018 Mr. Olympia is only 32 days away. That feels strangely short and long at the same time – bodybuilders looking to compete at the 2018 Mr. Olympia are preparing their minds and bodies to do final battle with their fellow competitors.

Among those bodybuilders putting in the hard work are Open Weight competitor Dexter Jackson and Shawn Rhoden. Both bodybuilders are looking to improve their placings from the 2017 Mr. Olympia which was 4th for Dexter Jackson and 5th Shawn Rhoden.

Coach Chris ‘Psycho Fitness’ training both Olympia heavyweights, ‘The Blade’ trains quads and ‘Flexatron’ takes a grueling chest session at 6 weeks out.
