Shawn Rhoden and Dexter Jackson training 6 weeks out.
Believe it or not, the 2018 Mr. Olympia is only 32 days away. That feels strangely short and long at the same time – bodybuilders looking to compete at the 2018 Mr. Olympia are preparing their minds and bodies to do final battle with their fellow competitors.
Among those bodybuilders putting in the hard work are Open Weight competitor Dexter Jackson and Shawn Rhoden. Both bodybuilders are looking to improve their placings from the 2017 Mr. Olympia which was 4th for Dexter Jackson and 5th Shawn Rhoden.
Coach Chris ‘Psycho Fitness’ training both Olympia heavyweights, ‘The Blade’ trains quads and ‘Flexatron’ takes a grueling chest session at 6 weeks out.

Dexter has always been an impressive competitor and at the age of 48-years he still going strong and looking for the top spot at Olympia, but this year could prove to be a bit more challenging for the former Mr. Olympia as he will be competing against many young lions like Roelly Winklaar, Brandon Curry, and Nathan De Asha.
