The four-time Men’s Physique champion Jeremy Buendia posted a video of him on Instagram posing in a 2019 update but there’s something different this time… he’s posing like a Classic competitor. But, what could this mean?

Well, he’s 203 lbs in the video which is pretty normal for his offseason weight but the strange thing is that his posing here is not typical for a Men’s Physique athlete. Now, Buendia had a lot of success in the Men’s Physique division but maybe he feels the need to make a change, and it could be a good thing.

He would just need to pack on a little more size before the Olympia in September but it’s doable. However, it’s not a sure thing as of yet as it’s only a posing video.

If Jeremy does decide to make the switch to Classic Physique he’ll need to work extra hard since there are some truly impressive bodybuilders in the next weight class. But the good thing is that he knows what it takes to be a champion.

Do you think the Classic division would be a good move for Jeremy Buendia?
