Lee Priest announced officially retirement from bodybuilding
We recently posted about Lee Priest going to have surgery to fix his neck issues. After an accident that crushed a nerve in his neck.
Lee Priest has always been a man that speaks from the heart and ever since falling out with the IFBB Lee Priest has been unable to compete for the pro-level competitions yet has continued to workout. Unfortunately, it seems like the bodybuilding legend has finally decided to call it quits and leaving lifting and bodybuilding behind.
“Yep I’m done! Over the Shit workouts pain over not having a pump on right side for almost two years. It’s been almost 2 years since accident that crushed nerve in my neck. Had operation thinking ok now try get good again. Well after 15 months get tests it was still crushed. So I’m done for now rather look like a normal person then half a bodybuilder. I’ve tried but I’m just beating a dead horse for now and really hating the gym. Something I loved and done since 12. So for now I’m stepping away just cardio and see what comes next.”

So sorry to hear about your accident Lee Preist. I hope you’re doing well. I think you have a very impressive body. Number One in my eyes and opinion. Stay 💪 Strong my friend. Cardio is a good choice next to BB , and maybe some lighter lifting with more reps. I’m sure you’ll find the right medicine so to speak. All my best to you and your health.
