Meet Big Lenny one of the tallest bodybuilders around, this guy has definitely been hitting the gym real hard for years. Big Lenny is a mind blowing 300 lbs! He claims he has the Strongest Core in the world…..

Big Lenny has a condition called Palumboism. The Palumboism is a very rare and complex disease only seen in the ranks of professional bodybuilders, especially the ones from the 1990’s and 2000’s eras. Palumboism effects mostly the limbs and especially the midsection area.

Palumboism condition was first characterized by the sudden development of an enormous midsection whereby the entire width of the trunk, ribcage, and pelvis grows disproportionately while the oblique muscles will thicken rapidly and the abdomen will become distended with the patient unable to hold in their stomach. There is no denying that Big Lenny has a large core.
