Even with Vladislava Galagan’s newfound fame, she remains committed to building her strength inside the gym. In a recent collaboration on YouTube, she joined Larry Wheels for an intense shoulder workout. They also discussed their experiences using performance-enhancing drugs.
“This workout was really intimidating for me, especially when you were screaming at me,” said Galagan. “He pushed me for the first time of all the videos I trained with other people. For the first time, I was intimidated and I was pushed.”
In the fitness world, it’s impossible to overlook Larry Wheels, who made a name for himself courtesy of superhuman strength, viral videos, and engaging gym content. In addition, Wheels has built an impressive athletic résumé, having tested the waters of various sports such as arm-wrestling, powerlifting, strongman, and bodybuilding.
Vladislava Galagan, on the other hand, named ‘The Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilding,’ emerged as a star recently after her OnlyFans work went viral. She boasts a ripped body but has preserved her feminine features. Whether the topic of conversation is steroids or making ends meet, Galagan’s fan magnetism is apparent.

Wheels detailed how he adjusted the shoulder pressing movements due to mobility problems.
“I haven’t got the mobility to keep it straight and go all the way I down so I tilt it so that I can get just about 90 degrees, see the angle that is, that’s really good for me.
Anything less, and it’s straining my rotator cuff. I don’t have the ability to go straight and all the way down,” says Wheels.

Galagan said she usually includes triceps and chest in these workouts but excluded them as per Wheels’ wishes. She also mentioned that she’s having issues with her left arm.
“Approximately one hour of training because he said he would like it to be short, but it will be according to my training, my training for the upper body for the shoulders is pretty long so I have shoulders, triceps, and chest, but today we will do only shoulders,” said Vladislava Galagan.
“My right arm was fine but this one [my left] was like this [giving me issues]. Luckily I went to the doctor and he said just inflammation you know. But I went to him like two months after. I was waiting till it goes away but it didn’t.”
Wheels discussed Galagan going viral online and mentioned that she’s special because she maintains a feminine appearance and an unassuming yet impressive physique.
“I remember seeing one of you [videos] just sitting down having a meal,” said Wheels. “This was like the first photo I’ve seen of you on my explore feed.”
“I think that video that actually went viral was sitting like so a special pose I don’t know. I was with long hair,” replies Galagan.
“What’s so special about you is how developed your physique is but the face is still so feminine. If you put a big jacket on you would never imagine that you’re as buff as you are. You’re very interesting,” said Wheels.
“That’s my business card,” said Galagan.
Before moving on, Galagan revealed her max shoulder press weight to be 70 pounds and discussed how long she’s been off cycle. Wheels also reflected on what life has been like when he’s off gear.
“Yes, three months [natural], shares Galagan. “When I was off, I was much smaller a few years ago. I was okay, but now the more experience I get, the more like years I train and do this then now yes as you told me, you retain more size without any stuff which is good because you need the break from them.”
That’s funny for me, I always get much smaller if I’m off. My body soaks it up like a sponge and I get bigger much faster when I’m on them.”
Lastly, Larry Wheels explained why he favors a pre-fatigue strategy before his workouts.
“For shoulders, I find between three and four is enough provided that you train to failure with intensity. I mean my thing, my shoulders are absolutely fatigued the workout fatigues me for the rest of the workout.
That heavy movement I do with lots of volume and with many reps and by the time I get to my second exercise I’m already spent. Right? Then I still go two or three more movements after that to go. It’s been working for me. For bodybuilding, what I find gets the most results is heavy volume training. The more sets the better,” shares Wheels.
This wasn’t the first time fans heard from Vladislava Galagan regarding her use of performance-enhancing drugs. According to the surging fitness influencer, she lost 50% of her hair early on due to a misguided steroid cycle, thinking that she could one day become an Olympia champion.
Larry Wheels continues to build his physique as an aspiring Classic Physique competitor. After taking second place at the 2023 Amateur Olympia, fans, and even IFBB judge Terrick El Guindy expect him to one day have a major impact on the sport. As for his latest training session with Vladislava Galagan, Wheels was overjoyed to pump iron alongside another thriving fitness influencer.
