Dana White Invites Jesse James West to Try Out His ‘Superhuman Protocol’ Routine

Dana White has been on a mission to improve his health and is now sparking motivation in others to do the same. In a recent YouTube video, Dana White walked fitness influencer Jesse James West through his ‘superhuman protocol’ routine. 

“Today, he’s taking me through the superhuman protocol that saved his life,” shares Jesse James West.

Dana White is the CEO of the UFC and is responsible for marketing, fighter contracts, and organizing exciting bouts that captivate audiences far and wide. Unfortunately, his dedication to the job has led to him neglecting his overall health and well-being until recently. 

After finding out through a DNA test that he only had 10.4 years left to live, Dana White kick-started his journey of bettering his health. Despite initially facing challenges like sleep apnea and mobility issues, Dana White quickly consulted with human biologist Gary Brecka, which led to remarkable improvements. Not only did his health concerns vanish, but he also lost 30 pounds.

Two years later, Dana White is still going strong. He now adheres to a demanding regimen that allows him to keep up his incredible physique and maintain his health. Dana White credits the ‘superhuman protocol for sustaining his shredded look.

Jesse James West Takes on Dana White’s ‘Superhuman Protocol’ Routine

After Dana White unveiled the ‘superhuman protocol,’ he caught the attention of social media sensation Jesse James West. West is known for collaborating with some of the fitness community’s biggest names and testing out viral trends, so naturally, he has to give this one a go. 

Before beginning the training routine, Dana White credits the ‘superhuman protocol’ for saving his life.

“My blood work is the best it’s ever been,” said Dana White. “One-hundred thousand percent [it’s because of the superhuman protocol]. And there is people on the internet that try to debunk Gary Brecka now, if you don’t want to do this, I don’t give a shit what you do.”

He explains how he no longer has to take medication and how he couldn’t imagine his life without the routine. 

“I’m off all my meds. I was on cholesterol medicine, blood pressure medicine, and I was on thyroid medicine. If I heard me talk like this two years ago I’d say this dude is out of his fucking mind. I’m a hippie now.”

“Almost two years [I’ve been cold plunging]. It will be two years in June. I couldn’t imagine my life without cold plunging, you know?”

“All I care about, I don’t give a shit how long I live, that is what it is, but I want a good quality of life” Dana White said. 

To kick off the superhuman training protocol, JJW and White join hands for an intense workout.

“I’m physically in the best shape I’ve ever been in, internally, the best shape I’ve ever been in.”

“When you first start cold plunging, forget about the physical, it’s the mental. After you cold plunge and you do it in the morning, you feel like you’ve really fucking accomplished something. Once you get into it, it’s just something you have to do.”

Halfway through the day, West updated fans on how he was feeling about the experience:

“At this point, my biceps and my back were extremely fatigued but there was no stopping and we just kept going.”

Recovery post-workout is a must for White, so he invited West into his high-tech cold plunge.

“When you cold plunge at 50 degrees for three minutes, your liver releases this shock protein that’s really good for your body, anti-aging and everything else, gets rid of inflammation, you feel great for hours after you cold plunge.”

“It’s incredible for when you wake up in the morning, it’s incredible after horrible meals, it’s incredible after you fly, once you get used to it, it’s totally addicting.”

White and West finished off with the red light sauna before calling it a day. 

In addition to walking Jesse James West through the ‘superhuman protocol,’ Dana White also shared his training split.

  • Tuesday – Back and Biceps 
  • Wednesday – ‘Death Row’ 
  • Thursday/Friday – OFF DAY
  • Saturday – 3 Sets of Every Piece of Equipment in the Gym 

Jesse James West isn’t the only one to notice what Dana White has achieved. Even renowned bodybuilding coach Milos Sarcev praised Dana White for his ability to maintain such a shredded physique at 54 years old. 

“@danawhite. 54,” wrote Sarcev. “Busy as shit!!! Healthy as they come. Lean, Muscular, Striated delts, Split biceps, Full chest, Flat stomach, Deep abs. No excuses, No compromises” Sarcev wrote.  

Dana White remains dedicated to improving his health and well-being. In the process, he has inspired countless individuals to also take control of their lives. Fans can’t wait to see what Dana White does next on his journey of self-improvement.
