After months of build-up, including multiple qualifying stages, the biggest CrossFit competition of the year has finally arrived. Gathering 40 of the greatest Individuals, as well as 30 Teams, the 2024 CrossFit Games are set to be the most entertaining fitness event of the year. They are taking place from August 8-11 in Fort Worth, Texas. So, here is a full guide on how to watch the competition.

In this article, we cover the how to watch guide for both US and International fans. Moreover, here you can find the full workout schedule for all four days, including the opening and award ceremonies.

How To Watch 2024 CrossFit Games

US Viewers

It is important to know that the livestream of the 2024 CrossFit Games in the US is separated into an online portion and an exclusive one. Namely, each of the four competition days will have a period of two hours during which the competition will be exclusively streamed on the ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN+ TV channels.

It is important to note that, apart from that two-hour window, the remainder of the 2024 CrossFit Games will be free to watch online on CrossFit Games YouTube, Website, Facebook, and Twitch.

ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN+ Exclusive Telecast Schedule

  • Thursday, Aug. 8 — 7 p.m.-9 p.m. ET (ESPN2 and ESPN+)
  • Friday, Aug. 9 — 9 p.m.-11 p.m. ET (ESPN2 and ESPN+)
  • Saturday, Aug. 10 — 10: 2 p.m.-4 p.m. ET (ESPN2 and ESPN+)
  • Sunday, Aug. 11 — 4 p.m.-6 p.m. ET (ESPN and ESPN+)

International Viewers

Unlike US viewers, all International fans wanting to follow the 2024 CrossFit Games will be able to do so without any exclusive windows. So, the full livestreams will be available on CrossFit Games YouTube, Website, Facebook, and Twitch.

Note: The 2024 CrossFit Games have been delayed due to the unfortunate death of Lazar Đukić on event one of the competition. The remaining events on day one have been canceled, but the Games are continuing as per their initial plan on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
